Match Head Colour Options
The head colour is often the only part of a matchbox a customer actually sees before opening it — it's worth choosing deliberately. We hold 17 colours in stock, from classic red through blush, mint, teal and navy to black and white, plus a black or brown stained stick.

What is the minimum order for custom matchboxes?
5,000 boxes per design for standard sizes. Smaller trial runs are possible for returning customers.
Can I get a sample before mass production?
Yes. We offer printed photo proofs free of charge, and courier samples of an existing design. Custom physical samples take 5–7 days.
Do you print on all sides of the box?
Yes — outer sides, inner tray, and the striking strip can all carry your design.
Are these safety matches?
Yes. Heads are formulated to strike only on the prepared surface — the international safety standard for matches.
Can we choose the match head colour?
Yes — 17 stock colours, each with a Pantone reference. Colours 01–15 are free; the black and white options (16, 17) add USD 30 at MOQ. Custom-tinted heads are possible on sticks longer than 96 mm.
